Dynaset supplied a single CAD file for their new HRVB-HD Hydraulic Recycling Vacuum Bucket — technically accurate but far from production-ready. Full geometry optimization was required, along with manual reconstruction of surface details, and surgical separation of the hatch from the body to enable animated opening.

The project scope covered hero product shots, contextual excavator scenes, and multiple dynamics simulations — rigid body brick and debris piles, airborne leaves, and soft materials being actively sucked into the machine through a transparent vacuum hose. Directing simulations to behave in a specific, narratively meaningful way is among the harder challenges in 3D production, and doing it convincingly across several distinct material types was the defining technical challenge of this project.
